Each Senchè product is handcrafted with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Delivery time begins after your order has been processed.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package from our hands to yours.
Due to the personal-care nature of our products, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Warm Weather Shipping
Because Senchè is made with natural ingredients, your body butter may soften or melt during warm-weather transit. This is completely natural and does not affect the quality of the product. Simply place the sealed jar in a cool area until it returns to its normal consistency.
